Integrating your partners into LoanPro’s end-to-end card platform

Launching a card program involves a lot of moving pieces, from origination and card issuing to a ledger and the other tools you need to service accounts and collect payments. Traditionally, card providers have had essentially two options: Either invest the time and effort to build your own connections between integrated partners, or trust an all-in-one system that limits your decisions and traps you in a rigid design.

But LoanPro is changing that. Our modern credit platform is built on a configurable architecture that gives card providers the flexibility they need to seamlessly integrate with third-party systems from a single API and user interface.

Whether you leverage LoanPro’s native integrations or use our API to connect with your own preferred partners, LoanPro gives you the perfect pairing of best-in-class solutions, all delivered in a holistic, end-to-end platform..

Issuer processors

One of the key components of any card program is the issuer processor, the agency who provides the actual cards (physical, digital, or both) and offers a connection to card networks.

If you're connected to an issuer through LoanPro, then you can extend cards to borrowers, and their transactions can make it all the way from a merchant, through the chain of card infrastructure, and into your LoanPro account, where you have both a ledger and robust toolkits for servicing, collections, payments, and more.

When it comes to which issuer to use, you have the choice between natively integrated issuers or bringing your own.

  • Integrated Issuers. LoanPro has built native integrations with issuer processors, offering you a seamless connection to major card networks without any of the back-end coding and development that it would normally require.
  • Bring-Your-Own-Issuer (BYOI). Our BYOI infrastructure allows you to use our modern API to connect to an issuer of your choice, giving you ultimate flexibility in which issuers and card networks you operate through.

Embossing

While the issuer is responsible for creating cards, that typically means the 16-digit number that connects to a card network. To manufacture the physical, plastic cards they mail out to borrowers, card providers and issuers work with an embosser. Together with our embossing partners, LoanPro delivers high-quality card production and personalization, ensuring a superior cardholder experience.

Call centers

Through our collaboration with servicing and collections companies, LoanPro empowers customers to deliver exceptional customer service, leveraging industry-leading call center solutions. Alternatively, companies that want to keep customer interactions in house have the same suite of tools and automations streamlining their operation.

LoanPro’s guided agent UI experience empowers servicing teams allowing them to drive operational excellence while simultaneously delivering a best-in-class borrower experience. These tools have enabled agents to handle three times as many accounts, and were instrumental in putting several LoanPro customers in the top-ten spots of the J.D. Power Award for customer satisfaction in consumer lending.

Dispute management

When a borrower notices a problem on their statement, their mind races through a set of possibilities: clerical errors, merchant fraud, or even identity theft. Quickly resolving those disputes can be the difference between a stressful episode that strains your relationship with the borrower, and an opportunity to build trust and foster long-term loyalty.

LoanPro partners with Quavo to manage dispute resolution, providing customers with robust, automated solutions that streamline the process and increase operational efficiency.

Rewards programs

A good rewards program isn’t just the driving force to get customers in the door—it’s also what keeps them engaged with the card, using it as their top-of-wallet choice for new purchases. Account growth, customer loyalty, and spending quantity are all influenced by the rewards programs you tie to your cards.

LoanPro and ampliFI partner together to deliver personalized, dynamic rewards to your cardholders. Not only can you pull in applicants with cash back or reward points, but you can also tie financial incentives to specific actions, like setting up AutoPays or consistently hitting payments on time.

Go to market with the best partners in the industry

LoanPro and our partners offer a comprehensive platform that empowers card providers to launch and scale. These partnerships can be complemented by your own preferred third-party tools, giving you ultimate control and flexibility in how you configure and support your card programs. What’s more, our modern API allows you to connect all of these components into a single, holistic system, leveraging each partner without the need to develop your own custom application.

We’re confident that your card programs can thrive and scale with LoanPro’s card ecosystem, and we would love to show you how.
